#interactivedesigners wanted

We are CarnationGroup, one progressive digital agency in Central Europe. We ideate, design, develop, code, research, plan, measure, optimize and also play a lot.

We are looking for two interactive designers to join our creative teams in Budapest and Bucharest to work on a wide spectrum of projects ranging from designing websites, banners, applications and in general turning ideas into superinteractive experiences on pretty much any platform you can think of. We need designers with real-life, blood sweat experience, team players who are thinkers just as much as doers, the ones who know that design is a verb.

This is what we have in mind:

  • at least 2 years of agency or freelance work experience
  • confident skills of Adobe CS (PS, AI, ID, AE, Flash)
  • solid knowledge of typography and digital design
  • understanding of the concept of user experience and frontend technologies
  • familiarity with popular social media platforms
  • wireframing skills
  • responsible self initiator but also a good listener and team player
  • an interest in anything digital
  • good communication skills
  • fluency in English

#developerhackers wanted. We are looking for new peeps to join our developer team.

No really, please only read on if you speak in codes, if you think sleeping is completely pointless and prefer dual screens over the great outdoors.

We are CarnationGroup, one progressive digital agency in Central Europe with offices in Budapest, Bucharest and Vienna, tons of work and superexciting projects spanning across the region. We ideate, design, develop, code, research, plan, measure and optimize. Oh, and we have a lot of fun too.

We are looking for peeps to join our creative developer team. We need coders and tech nerds to make our ideas come true. We need hackers to invent the new s#!t that doesn't exist yet. We want fellow dreamers who will stay up 48 hrs in a row just to make sure that the project is secured and cached properly for daily 1M unique users.

Interested? This is what we'd like you to bring to the party:

  • rock solid knowledge of PHP5 and/or .NET4
  • 2+ years of experience with applied language
  • relational database management (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, Postgres)
  • familiarity with object-oriented programming
  • vast knowledge and experience of everything digital
  • fluency in English

But having some of these will make the party even better :)

  • some knowledge of German
  • Zend, MySQL, Microsoft certificates
  • familiarity with CMS solutions like Sitecore and various other
  • solid knowledge of mobile development, Facebook, Google, Youtube and Foursquare API
  • javascript programming experience
  • precise documentation

We are CarnationGroup, one progressive digital agency in Central Europe.

We are looking for new peeps to join our Ideateam. This is the team within our agency that understands problems, digs deep for insights, plans social media strategies, comes up with ideas and mechanisms, writes copy and so on. We like creative work that actually creates value and works, that is on-strategy, makes business sense and also makes you go "ooooh :)".

You are supersmart, enthusiastic, organized, competent, passionate towards the work that leaves your hands and willing to learn new stuff. You have a few years of experience in the creative business and know the nuts and bolts of your craft whether its copywriting, strategic planning, design or art direction. Oh, and also, you like to play a lot. It's quite important so that you can keep yourself and our partners' brands fresh.
