The agency is opening to new marketing communication channels - towards online guerrilla, viral and mainly social media marketing. The agency creates the majority of brand supporting online applications for business purposes in Hungary for social media sites this year : Merck Kft. - Femibion Babylook; Procter & Gamble - Old Spice Fireman; djuice - Enchanting Fatime; djuice - Who' mo' summer; djuice - Lookz; Coca Cola - Coke Calendar; PokerStars.hu - You can be a Poker Star at Facebook, too!; Procter & Gamble - iWIW application for Gillette. In addition to extending our profile, the company is building up the leading regional independent agency position and continues the regional network building that has already been started, and expands the Carnation Group. International projects covering the entire CEE region, like Men's Challenge, for Procter&Gamble, JAR and Gillette Stealth Fusion Power site developments are becoming increasingly more common. Thanks to its dynamic growth the agency appears again on the Deloitte' CEE Fast 50 and Deloitte EMEA Fast 500 lists. Because of its outstandingly creative projects, the agency wins a silver prize at Golden Hammer International Advertising Festival as the only Hungarian winner, and receives many awards at national competitions as well. The company group expands its business partnerships and augments its R&D activities, which division continues to operate as a dedicated project company. The Hungarian central office has been expanded and revamped in 2009, which resulted in an innovative and modern working environment for serving the clients. Then, owing to its winning bid in Procter & Gamble's international tender it starts managing projects in four neighbouring countries, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. Carnation made the Deloitte CEE Fast 50 list and was awarded once again the European Seal of Excellence at CeBIT. The search engine marketing business also had a successful year, winning CIB's searchengine marketing tender with its qualified Google Advertising Professional staff. To expand its multi-platform technological competences Carnation was the first Hungarian online agency to become a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and the company's developers also passed the international tests for becoming a Zend Certified Engineer and a Sitecore Certified Developer. Carnation is a founding member of IAB Hungary and a board member of IAB Romania. In 2008 its customers base also increased as a result of its successful media tender bids. Staff: 50 The constant expansion of Carnation has doubled its revenue compared to the previous year. The media division has expanded as well as the number of campaigns involved. Interactive and video banners - served by Carnation VideoAdserver - were highlighted. Carnation took part on a Microsoft Conference in Munich in web2.0 theme and lead web2.0 courses at home as well as abroad. Carnation has developed the first Hungarian web2.0 website, and managed the media plan and buying of a campaign which firstly appeared on blogs. The agency took part on creative competitions and has won The Website of the Year award with mobile broadband microsite. The company has reached a remarkable increase of its revenues exceeding even the continuous growth of last years. The headquater of company was moved to an office equipped with more advanced infrastructure. As a part of conscious organization developement the company management was strengthened with an executive director international relations, R&D. We are the winner of several Hungarian and international professional awards. Carnation was awarded the Platinum degree of the European Seal of Excellence in Multimedia prize at CeBit in Hannover. No Hungarian company has ever been awarded with this high honor.
